Job
Description
You will be
responsible for handling statutory compliance matters relating to the entire
gambit of Industrial Law. This will mean
that you will need to have basic knowledge in Labour Law and Factories Act. You will be responsible for fulfilling
statutory compliance for a major US client. On induction you will also
be trained in other industrial Law subjects so that you will be able to address
the needs of the client and thus become subject matter expert in statutory
compliance . You must ensure proper
periodical compliance fulfillment and
send periodical MIS reports to HO on
these activities. A key role will be to foster good client relationship and customer satisfaction.
Desired
profile
- Any Graduate with excellent exposure to Labour law. Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA in Labour Law.
- 2+ years experience in handling various Statutory Compliance like Labour Law ,Factory Act, Shop & Establishment Act, CLRA, Labour Welfare Fund, PF,ESI, etc.
- Excellent Relationship / networking capability
- Provide subject matter guidance to the client
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage.
- Client friendly disposition
