Administration Executive – Canteen Management

Job Description

This position will report to the Facility Manager. A key responsibility would be canteen management were approximately 2000 meals will be served in a day. Over and above this catering services will be extended to the various event that happen at the campus virtually every month. Apart from this, the incumbent will be assisting  in managing day to day office administration, coordinating with Facility manager in upkeep of facility, security and interaction with other departments in the campus to fulfill activities as delegated by the manager.

Desired Profile 

Experience 2 + yrs of similar Experience

Qualification – Any Degree , Preferably MBA in Hotel Management

Skills

  • Sound exposure to canteen management & reasonable exposure to general Administration
  • Exposure to facility management, campus management will be an added advantage
  • Excellent skills in MS office, particularly Excel sheet
  • Applicants should have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Spoken Hindi skill will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to work with complete discretion and integrity
  • Candidate must be willing to locate close to the campus as this job is a crucial service function which runs 24 X 7
