About our Client

Our Client is a part of a large Chennai based  group of companies with core presence in the Auto Industry.  They manufacture critical engine components for the automotive and heavy vehicle  segment. They have world class  state-of-the Art facilities in Chennai and other locations in India.

Desired Profile

Education & Experience

·         BE Mechanical (regular) with 10 to 15 + yrs Experience

·         DME (Regular ) with 18  to 22 yrs + yrs Experience

Desired Experience

·         Person should have hands on experience in TQM Implementation and TQM Co-ordination activities in a reputed automobile / auto-ancillary industry

·         Effectively communicate to all employees the TQM policies, practices and shall be able to facilitate to achieve results

·         Establish TQM Culture, use of QC tools,

·         Drive following practices, viz., daily routine management, QCC, QIT, DoE

·         Have hands-on experience in practicing 3C-5S, Kaizen

·         Able to train personnel in TQM practices, across the company

·         Have worked in Quality, Production functions in the past, for a period of 5 years minimum in each function.
