Qualification
- Diploma /
BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 7 + years
of experience in Press Shop Manufacturing preferably in Auto Industry
Skills
·
Prepare Production Plan and
execute, control to achieve the monthly schedule
·
Excellent Man management
capabilities
·
Capable of improving time cycle and productivity
·
Strong Skills in Tool /Die
setting, Servicing press tools,etc.
·
Developing new press
components as per requirement.
·
Preparing PPAP, PFMEA,
Process Flow Diagram and Control Plan.
·
Inspecting the fabricated
parts as per customer drawings.
·
Ensure proper implementation
of Poke Yoke,3C,5S & other concepts in shop floor
·
Engage with cross function
team for New product development and Production improvement
·
Ability to take on
responsibility for other machines in the production environment

- Client currently has pickup – Drop facility from two routes - Iyappanthangal & Avadi
