This includes among others the set-up of face-to-face visa application centres, dedicated call centres, providing a customized and secure software solution or carrying out the collection of biometric data. Job Description

You  will be handling matters relating to the visa processing. You will be interacting with the general public, scrutinizing the application and processing the Visa application. During the process you will answer any queries that the applicant may have. You will key in the details and initiate the visa processing, collect the fees payable and issue acknowledgement for the same.

Desired Profile

Qualification -  Any Degree with Good education credentials

Experience – 1 + year Experience in  Customer Care

Desired Skills

·         Pleasing personality
·         Ability to face & interact with General pubic
·         Excellent written & verbal communication in English.
·         Good skills in using computer
·         Strong documentation skills
·         Ability to coordinate with backend team
