Air Cargo business for Indian operations for an MNC cargo airlines in carrying
freight, mail and courier traffic to global destinations. Their experienced
operational and commercial team take pride in delivering high levels of
performance and customer care.
Job Description
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for
preparing all commercial, customer service reports, maintaining MIS data,
market information etc.
Desired Profile
Qualification –
Any Degree
Experience – 2
+ yrs as sales coordinator / MIS Executive / backoffice
Skills
·
Having Strong commercial skills like invoicing,
documentation etc.

Excellent
in MIS report generation in Excel sheet – Vlookup,Hlookup,Pivot tables
·
To do reports, data
analysis and coordination with field sales aimed at supporting the sales te
·
Ensure 100% compliance of
the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Quality Standards & SLA P
·
Measurement Matrix.
·
Ability to calculate rates
and be able to do airway Bill (AWB) book
·
Preparation and presentation of commercial reports weekly and
monthly
·
Maintain and monitor customer contracts.
·
Update customer data base.
·
Maintain records of the marketing, promotions, merchandise etc.
·
Actively participate in area commercial strategy discussions.
·
Assist in implementation of area sales strategy.
·
Adhere and participate in all audit requirements.
·
To effectively liaise with internal customers and provide complete
business solutions.
·
Create team culture and engender a climate of continuous support.

Excellent English Communication skills
