Description
You will be responsible for post installation
remote technical support of SAP Business One modules. You will address client
issues, trouble shoot and resolve the same keeping in mind the Turn Around Time
(TAT) as per SLA.

Qualification
· Graduate
/ Post-Graduate (BE, BCom/MCom, MBA etc)
· SAP Business
One Certification a Plus
Experience
· 2+ years field or remote support of SAP
Business One modules
· Sound
Business / Industry / Domain knowledge
Skill Stack
· SAP
Business One certification will be most preferred
· Must
have handled field level or remote support of
SAP Business One projects,
preferably in manufacturing / distribution segments.
· Hand on
exposure to Post implementation Support & Maintenance
· Good
exposure to SAP B1 Techno-functional area
· Knowledge
in, SQL, Crystal reports, XL Reporter tools,etc
· Ability
to interact with customers and engage with them
in a consultative role
· Generating
Reports according to Client Requirement
· Ability
to work with and guide the Functional consultant
· Provide
inputs to Technical team on customization requirements
· Good
communication skills
· Knowledge
of local language
