Air Cargo business for Indian operations for an MNC cargo airlines in carrying
freight, mail and courier traffic to global destinations. Their experienced
operational and commercial team take pride in delivering high levels of
performance and customer care.
Job Description
This job entails executing Air cargo reservations / bookings
and performing tele-selling activities on a daily basis. The main
responsibility is to ensure that
optimization of flight plan and increase revenue for the station. The
individual needs to build a strong relationship with the customer and offer
maximum support.
Desired
Profile
·
Qualification – Any Degree
·
Experience – 2 + yrs in the Air Cargo
industry
·
Conversant
with booking systems ,rate calculations , and be able to do all bookings on the
same.
·
Good
understanding of Air cargo operations, procedures, documentation,
Compliance etc.
·
Excellent
Communication skills
·
Good
telemarketing skills
·
Ability
to work under minimal supervision
·
PC
literate with knowledge of word & Excel
Remuneration
will be at par with industry standard.
