Desired
Profile
·
Qualification
– Any Degree preferably MBA / PGDBM in
HR
·
Experience
– 2 + years of experience in HR
Must have
proven skills in
·
Recruitment,
Induction & Retention
·
Training
and development
·
Employee Engagement & Relation
·
Attending
to employees’ grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary.
·
Prepare
Monthly Payroll
·
Statutory
compliance i.e., ESI ,PF, PT, etc.
·
Maintaining
records and compiling reports concerning employee-related data such as hires,
transfers,
·
performance
appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
·
Conduct
exit interviews to understand and identify reasons of separation.
·
Organizes
corporate events such as management meetings etc
·
MIS
preparation.
·
Excellent
communication in English
