Our client is an 18 year old company engaged in the manufacture of Plastic components, supporting the Automotive Wiring Harness Industry for all kinds of vehicles. The top management consists of technocrats who are Tool and Die engineers and have decades of experience behind them in the manufacture of automotive plastic components. They paved the way for import substation and started exporting their components to global auto markets.
Job Profile
The incumbent will be heading the Tool room and will be responsible for the tool room resource & manpower. He should drive the team for technical precision and excellence and should ensure that delivery of moulds happens as per the agreed schedule .
Desired Profile
Qualifications: BE Mech / Diploma in Plastic mould design in Cipet / NTTF/ GTTC
Experiences: 8 to 10 Years in responsible position – Preferably heading a Tool Room
Desired Skills
· Autocad /3D – Pro – E/ unigraphics / Solid works:
· Good Man Management skills,
· Should be a hands on person with thorough knowledge in Machining, programming, mould making,
· Should have exposure to latest manufacturing techniques in Tool Room.
· Good Teamwork
· Good communication
