company that is part of a large Chennai based group. They handle the outsourced
Air Cargo business for Indian operations for an MNC cargo airlines in carrying
freight, mail and courier traffic to global destinations. Their experienced
operational and commercial team take pride in delivering high levels of
performance and customer care.
Job Description
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for
preparing all commercial, customer service reports, maintaining MIS data, support
sales team with market information, Analysis, etc.
Desired Profile
·
Qualification – Any Degree
·
Experience – 2 + yrs as sales coordinator /
MIS Executive / backoffice / Coordinator / Data analyst
·
Preparation and presentation of commercial
reports weekly and monthly according to tonnage, revenue and performance wise
using Business Objects.
·
Assisting the sales team by analyzing data
and reports.
·
To be an active team member positively
promoting both the principal air lines & the company
·
To build business relationships with internal
and external customers.
·
To be able to liaise with third party
efficiently.
·
To coordinate marketing activities for the
area.
·
Create team culture and engender a climate of
continuous support.
·
Having Strong commercial skills like
invoicing, documentation etc.
·
Excellent in MIS report generation in Excel
sheet
·
Excellent English Communication skills
·
Computer Savvy , strong in MS office and
Excel
·
Ability to work in a team as well as
independently
Remuneration
will be at par with industry standard.
