Description
The job involves training internal
employees and external customers. The coach/trainer need to train the internal
employees as part of organizational development and train the
teachers/professors of educational institutions on using technology inside the
class room.
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 2+yrs
Job Roles and responsibility
·
Reporting to DGM - Training
·
Understanding training needs of clients
·
Planning, training schedule for internal and
external training
·
Coordinating with the clients for the
training schedule
·
Delivering training program as per the schedule
·
Provide timely feedback to trainees and
clients
·
Develop relationship with clients and nurture
them for further training courses
·
Submitting training report on time
·
Developing training modules based on the
requirement.

Open and clear
communicator
·
Should have
good communication skills in English
·
Should have
experience in training/ teaching
·
Should have
basic/ intermediate level of understanding in technology
·
Should be
willing to travel to customer locations and provide onsite training sessions
