Our client is an German MNC who has been into Logistics for the past 160 years. They cater to  integrated logistics of Air,Sea & Supply chain Mangement etc. Their IT infrastructure support services for 31 global offices  are delivered from India.

Job Profile

·         Processing worldwide customer requests

·         Support on business applications and communication systems

·         Monitoring and maintaining the offices connectivity

·         Monitoring and maintaining Datacentre

·          IT Helpdesk  - Support for end users

Desired Profile

Qualification – BE

Experience – 3 + in windows remote server management

Desired Skills

·         Windows OS : Server 2003,2008, XP, Vista,Win 7

·         Excellent ability in Active Directory Service (ADS)

·         Exposure to managing server using Remote Management tools

·         Ability to provide help Desk Support to global users

·         Strong skills in Lotus Notes

·         Good exposure to Networking –LAN,WAN,VPN, switches etc.

·         Exposure to Communication systems a great plus

·         Excellent verbal and written communication in English
