About our Client

Our Client is a part of a large Chennai based  group of companies with core presence in the Auto Industry.  They manufacture critical engine components for the automotive and heavy vehicle  segment. They have world class  state-of-the Art facilities in Chennai and other locations in India.

Desired Profile

Education & Experience

·         BE Mechanical (regular) with 2 to 8 yrs Experience

·         DME (Regular ) with 9 to 15yrs + yrs Experience

Desired Skills

·         Maintenance of high precision machines and equipments like CNC, VMC, SPM machines.

·         Maintenance of Heat treatment furnaces and equipments

·         Conversant with development and implementation of TBM and other PM plans for Machines, Equipments and utilities

·         Experience in working with TPM environment

·         Knowledge on statutory requirements including explosives.

·         Maintenance spares management – Effective ordering Inventory control, Storage, Cost reduction and Life improvement.

·         Machine installation and commissioning,

·         Selection, Installation and Maintenance of Utilities like compressors, Chillers etc.,

Best fit if

·         Conversant with ISO9000, TS 16949, ISO14000 requirements

·         Conversant with PLC controls and latest electronic controls of machines.

·         Experience in working with Industrial automation like Gantry, Robotics etc
