Education & Experience

·         BE Mechanical (regular) with 20 + yrs Experience

·         DME (Regular ) with 28yrs + yrs Experience

Desired Skills

·         Expert in process Engineering, especially in Grinding followed by Machining                                                      

·         Trouble shooting of processes and equipment

·         Exposure in running production with management flair

·         CNC Programming & Setting

·         Process Improvements

·         Production Planning

·         Lean manufacturing

·         Exposure to ISO 14000, TS16949

·         Man Management , People Development

·         Single Piece Flow

·         Exposure to Critical components / Process

·         Knowledge of Tools / Fixtures design and management                                                    

·         High precision Grinding / Machining                               

·         Daily Production/ Performance Monitoring                          

·         TPM Pillar activities                                                                             

·         Customer problems - addressing the issues with quick fix solutions and prevention of future       occurrences.

Hands on Implementation of the following

·         Kanban

·         Just in Time

·         Lean Manufacturing System

·         ISO TS 16949

·         Standard requirement w.r.t EHS, Tools, Machines etc.
