About Our Client

Our client is a 16 year old company engaged in Consulting, implementation and systems integration services for IT management . Thus, They are a single point of contact for all IT needs like hardware, software ,networking and Security. Recently They have divided the business in to two SBU  to bring about greater focus. 

Job Description

This position calls for  build, maintain and trouble shoot Windows Server, backup of data, update of patches, upkeep of services / applications running on the servers at the client site.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field  or  Engineers with CCNA or MCSA preferable

Minimum 2 years of experience as L2  Windows support.

Required Skills

·         To implement Windows Security Policies, Windows Security Updates, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS Services, etc.

·         To roll out automated Installation of Service Packs, Security Patches and Hot Fixes throughout the enterprise.

·         Maintaining the E-Mail Gateway by searching the problem from client end.

·         Configuring group policy in domain environment and handling disaster recovery and performing

·         desktop migration from Windows 98/NT4/2000 to Windows XP.

·         Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 2003 Networks / Windows networking services ex:

·         Maintaining WAN Link, firewall.

·         Configuring and installing Proxy Server Administration.

·         Conducting installation and maintenance of Sonic firewall

·         Good written and spoken English communication
