Job Description
The person holding this position
will be responsible for studying the IT Eco-system of an organization ,
understand the current process, evolve a strategy to improve the process,
create a documentation for implementing and monitoring same .
Desired Profile
·
Experience – 2 + year in IT hardware / IT services industry
·
Skills needed

Good understanding of IT Eco-System (hardware
& software)
o
Good oral and written communication
o
Good listener and natural leader
o
Facilitation skills at every level to
ensure wide understanding and buy in to business processes
o
Good interpersonal skills, strategic
thinker
o
Ability to simplify complex things for
wider understanding
o
Can create and use pictures, structures
and frameworks which are visually appealing and make sense.
o
Preparing detailed documentation
(process diagrams & reports)
o
Facilitating sessions with customers to
identify process improvements
o
Helping develop training courses,
workshops and methods to support process management
