Job Profile  

The incumbent will be responsible for  the Human Resource department  of the  group of companies as well as administration & Facility management of the Corporate office . He will guide and     orchestra their functioning to achieve a robust  performance . He will nurture and build the Human capital of the group by innovative & cost effective HR programs with measurable outcomes.

Desired Profile

·         Qualification –  Any Degree , Preferably  an MBA / PGDBM from a reputed institute

·         Experience – 18 + years of experience in a senior HR position with strong exposure to  manufacturing domain.

Must have proven managerial skills in

·         Managing Large size human capital, preferably  in  manufacturing segment
