profile
The incumbent will be responsible for the
ongoing expansion work of building construction. He will be responsible for ensuring that the
project is completed with in the time frame and the allocated budget. He should
ensure construction is as per design and quality metrics. He will also have
additional responsibility of maintenance of Civil and Electrical aspects of
existing buildings.
Desired Profile
- Qualification –
BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience – 8 +
yrs in construction projects
- Retired /
VRS persons from PWD etc can be
considered
- Must have rich
experience in Building construction
- Must be capable
of giving leadership and direction to Site Engineers
- Ability to drive
the project on time line basis for completion
- Excellent
Inventory management skills
- Good commercial
skills in vendor management
- Candidates must
be from South Chennai or willing to shift close to site
