Today ,they  have a global footprint with over 31 offices across 20 countries.  They are the first company in India to offer Visa Support services to Consulates & Embassies in India. They have over 9 years of experience in providing Visa Support Services. They have  over the years successfully managed the requirements of various diplomatic missions worldwide.

Job Description

Our client delivers visa processing service which has been outsourced to them by  the Australian High Commission  in New Zealand.  The incumbent will be handling matters relating to the visa process. He will be interacting with the Government machinery  & officials, Ministers and the general public   and coordinate  the visa processing. He will be reporting to the Country Head

Job LocationAukland , New Zealand

Desired Profile
·         Any Graduate
·         5 + years experience in client / Customer Relationship and  Back office coordination, Preferably  in an MNC
·         Candidates with exposure to Visa processing will be the best fit
·         Ability to interact and handle Govt. officials, Ministers, Diplomats ,etc.
·         Should be able to switch between detailed operations and strategic client insight in a seamless manner
·         Ability to lead a team of 15 persons, mentor them and develop a strong pipeline of talent
·         International Experience a big plus
