design Services with subsidiaries in Germany and Japan. They have a
good infrastructure and well-experienced R& D, Engineering and
manufacturing team that can assist NPOL in all kinds of development Projects.
In India, the major customers are from Defense Research Development
Organization of Ministry of Defense, Government of India.

Qualification
: BTech/M.Tech in Electronics &
Communication Engg.
Experience : 3+ years experience in Hardware design.
Desired Skills
·
Expertise
in hardware design with 32-bit microprocessors
·
Design
experience preferably architecture various
communications peripheral devices, e.g. Gigabit Ethernet ,SATA, USB, PCI
express G2, etc.
·
Knowledge
of various bus technologies.
·
Strong
hands on knowledge in Digital Signal Process & Algorithms
·
Designing
of High-speed boards with 32bit
Processors
·
Experience
in component selection ,schematic entry, design verification and testing.
·
Experience
in using test instruments/bus analyzers /logic analyzers etc.
·
Knowledge
of VME, PCI ,cPCI design standards
·
Experience
in development of CPLD/FPGA control logic.
Desirable
work experience
·
Experience
in designing Glue logic with FPGA
·
Knowledge
of PCB layout design guidelines design
·
Knowledge
of Thermal analysis/Signal Integrity/EMI/EMC
·
Knowledge
of IEEE and VITA standards
