Our
client delivers visa processing service which has been outsourced to them by the Australian High Commission in Papua New Guinea. The incumbent will be handling matters
relating to the visa process. He will be interacting with the Government
machinery & officials, Ministers and
the general public and coordinate the visa processing. He will be reporting to
the Country Head

Desired Profile

Any
Graduate
·
5
+ years experience in client / Customer / Backoffice coordination, Preferably in an MNC
·
Candidates
with exposure to Visa processing will be the best fit
·
Ability
to interact and handle Govt. officials, Ministers, Diplomats ,etc.
·
Should be able to switch between detailed
operations and strategic client insight in a seamless manner
·
Ability to lead teams, mentor staff and
develop a strong
pipeline of talent
·
International
Experience a big plus
