They are highly  skilled in deployment & trouble shooting of multiple   Global  brands of Storage Arrays, backup automation, disaster recovery and other data protection & management solutions . They Use these products/ software as building blocks for rolling out tailored made solutions that are best of bread and cost effective . They have pan India installations of these products and services with a well qualified & trained team of sales and support engineers. They have offices in Hyderabad and Chennai & plans to open office in Mumbai & New Delhi.

Job Profile

The incumbent will be part of the Technical Services team which is an  SBU .  He will be  focusing on deployment of service offerings of  the company as given below

• Consultation and Audit services for storage infrastructure
• Deployment / configuration of multi-vendor/brand of  storage products
• Storage Technology training (both class room based and corporate approach)
• Integration of open source software for effective data management.

Desired Profile

Our client is seeking candidates who are hungry for technology knowledge and are willing to take up continuous learning to enable themselves  to become a Multi-brand storage specialist . 

1. Education Qualification – BE / Diploma / B.Sc (barring Biotech, Mech & chem.)

2. Experience – 3+ years in IT server/storage/ Enterprise solution implementation & support

3. Must have skills – Hands on experience in Installation, Configuration & support skills in

1. X-86 / Intel class servers
2. RAID system
3. Networking Products
4. Operating System – Win & Linux (Redhat)
5. Understanding of various services like FTP, base Scripts, DNS, DHCP, NIS, LDAP, ADS, SNMP etc
6. Testing & Monitoring Tools for servers, Network & Storage Systems
7. Backup Management software
8. Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English ,  

4. Nice to have skills

1. Hands on exposure in implementation of MNC brands of Storage, tape drives etc
2. Exposure to Pre-Sales activity
3. Understanding of technology such as

                                          i.                Server architecture,

                                         ii.                Blade servers,

                                        iii.                Server Virtualization,

                                        iv.                Storage system, RAID,

                                         v.                Storage Networking such as SCSI, SAS, iSCSI, FC SAN etc.
