Job Description
This job requires that the person should
- Work closely with the sales team and provide full technical support in assisting them to position the suitable products / services to the prospective customer
- Make presentation with Value Proposition and building the ROI on products / service offered
- Visit clients to carry out discoveries/ requirement understanding
- Assist in building proposal with the value proposition and ROI
- Counter competition on technical grounds
- Update self with current technologies in the domain
- Pass on updated knowledge to sales and support team
Desired Candidate profile
- 3+ years of Pre-Sales (preferably)/ Implementation experience in ERP / CRM software solution
- Best fit if having 3-4 site implementation experience preferably in SAP Business One and /or Sage Accpac ERP .
- Domain understanding of Discrete Manufacturing, FMCG Operations,
- Knowledge of Financials and Indian Statutory Requirements an added advantage
- Strong Technical understanding of Operating System, Database, SQL Queries and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick on feet and self-starter
