Job Description
The incumbent of this position will have the following responsibilities
· Responsible for the safe and disciplined function of the hostel and its inmates.
· Proper upkeep of the hostel
· Responsible for the campus security which involves planning , deploying and managing a team of security personnel.
· To ensure the campus is well monitored and secured to ensure safety of people , equipment and property
· Implement strategy to ensure above security objectives
Desired profile
· Candidate should be of a reasonable raking office from the armed forces / Police / others with similar experience
· Must be a disciplinarian
· Must exhibit leadership
· Must be a good in people management
· Should be prepared to stay at the campus
Others
· Institute offers furnished and air-conditioned bachelors accommodation at the campus ( Plan to offer family accommodation in the year to come )
