Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the ongoing expansion work of building construction. He will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed with in the time frame and the allocated budget. He should ensure construction is as per design and quality metrics.
Desired Profile
• Qualification – BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience – 10 + yrs in construction projects
• Retired / VRS persons from PWD etc will be preferred
• Must have rich experience in Building construction
• Must be capable of giving leadership and direction to team of Jr. Engineers
• Excellent Inventory management skills
• Good commercial skills in vendor management
• Candidates must be from South Chennai
