Our client is part of a group of companies engaged in manufacture and supply of precision engineering components . They have a rich experience in making complex shaped metal parts for global clients. They have offices in US, Europe and Asia. They have a 30000 sft "State of the Art" production unit in Renigunta which is managed by a team of professionals with a collective experience of 100+ years in Investment Casting, Injection Molding and Precision component manufacturing. This unit is engaged in Precision investment castings in Carbon steel, Low Alloy steels, Stainless steels etc..

Job Location : Renigunta, Andhra Pradesh


Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing quality and cost effective supplies which include various Metals, Waxes, Ceramics, Consumables and other Inputs required for a Precision Investment Casting manufacturing unit.


Desired profile

• Candidate must be a Diploma / B.E in mechanical Engineering

• Must have 2 + years of experience in handling imports of metals and other raw materials.

• Must be fully conversant with EXIM policies and procedures

• Must be technically competent in assessing quality and procure on the basis of Quality metrics as defined by the production dept.

• Must have excellent commercial negotiations skills

• Should be resourceful in identifying quality vendors globally.

• Should have good written and spoken communications skills in English.

• Working experience on an ERP platform desirable

• Must be conversant with the stores and Inventory management
