Our client is part of a group of companies engaged in manufacture and supply of precision engineering components . They have a rich experience in making complex shaped metal parts for global clients. They have offices in US, Europe and Asia. They have a 30000 sft "State of the Art" production unit in Renigunta which is managed by a team of professionals with a collective experience of 100+ years in Investment Casting, Injection Molding and Precision component manufacturing. This unit is engaged in Precision investment castings in Carbon steel, Low Alloy steels, Stainless steels etc..

Job Location : Renigunta, Andhra Pradesh


Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible designing the Sprues, Gating and Runners for Precision Investment castings manufactured at the plant. Will be a common pool resource for Design, Product Engineering and Production Departments in day to day trouble shooting and problem solving.


Desired profile

• Candidate must be a BE/B Tec/ME/ M Tec in Metallurgy with specialization in Foundry

• Must have 3 + years of experience in methods design

• Must have thorough Knowledge on Investment Casting Processes

• Must be technically competent and strong in metallurgical fundamentals.

• Knowledge of melting various grades of steel and stainless steel desirable.

• Should have good written and spoken communications skills in English.
