Our client is a Bangalore based group companies having varied business interest in the area of IT , Scientific equipments and Leisure Travel.
Job Description
Our Client is now looking for an Administration Executive to manage all office admin related responsibilities for their Scientific equipment firm dealing with calibration and measurement instruments. The responsibilities is as follows
1. Preparing quotations, answering Sales Lead and other regular Office work
2. Update/ follow up on quotations or pending enquiries
3. Updating Purchase Orders and follow up for payments from customers
4. Preparing documentation for Exhibitions, dispatch/delivery of equipment
5. Telephone and email
6. Business correspondence with local and overseas organizations
7. Preparation of reports
8. Basic accounting - petty cash etc
Desired Profile
1. 2 to 4 years experience in General Office administration
2. Prefer Science graduate
3. Excellent computer skills - email, internet, office (word, spreadsheet etc)
4. Fluency in written / spoken English
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
