Job Description

You will be responsible for statutory compliance matters relating to Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA). You will give subject matter guidance to the clients in resolving issues & answering queries from clients. Senior subject matter experts will also help you however it will expect that you have basic knowledge in the above mentioned areas to handle first level queries. Hence you will be required to know the various forms needed, how to treat certain cases / issues in order to ensure the company is complying to all statutory requirements. Basic knowledge of ESI, PF & PT is also required. Since our client is engaged in corporate services it will be desirable that you have basic knowledge in Labour law.

Desired profile

Experience – 1 to 3 years; with hands-on CLRA statutory compliance

Qualification - Any Graduate, Best if having degree or Diploma in Law

Job Profile

You will be responsible for coordinating all activities of the incubation unit of the institute which will be seeking technology driven enterprises / entrepreneurs in incubating their project in this facility. In the process you will have the key task of managing events that promote the incubation unit. You will also be  required to interact with all stakeholders to ensure the projects incubated is  properly facilitated to achieve success and also help in attracting more projects for  incubation.

Qualification: Graduate, preferably with background in Science/Technology/Management

Experience: 3+ years of experience performing similar roles; Entrepreneurship experience is welcome

Responsibilities

Candidates must be able to manage the below mentioned responsibilities

·        Design, plan, coordinate and execute all incubator events, taking ownership of each event to achieve the desired outcomes for all stakeholders
·          Work with the PR Officer to promote events in order to maximize footfall
·        Work with the Partner Liaison Officer to ensure that all partner expectations and desired outcomes from the event are understood and realized
·          Work with the Legal & Compliance Officer to review event budgets and record all event related financials
·       Work with the Applications Officer to ensure that all incubation leads generated through the events are processed
·        Engage with startups and other ecosystem players to understand the various knowledge/skill building events that are needed to achieve startup growth
·       Review of event related best practices of global incubators, and taking necessary action to adopt relevant best practices
·         Responsible for keeping track of all KPIs related to events
·         Responsible for collecting feedback from the events and taking necessary action for improvement
·       Work with the host institution to understand how institution events can be leveraged to promote the incubator, entrepreneurship and innovation
  
Desired Profile

·         Strong hands on experience in event management & project coordination
·         Good exposure to coordination with multiple stakeholders
·         Capable of multi-tasking  
·         Strong in customer relationship skills
·         Excellent written and spoken communication in English, good if you can speak Hindi
