Job
Description
The
incumbent will be placed, according to the skill, in any of the three departments, namely
- Labour Compliance,
- Factory Compliance
- HR Compliance (Flexi staffing & payroll)
The incumbent will be responsible for large key
accounts in the given territory with the objective of ensuring Legal compliance
with respect to Labour Law ,Factors Act,,Shop
& Establishments Act,,Flexi staffing etc. Lead & monitor a team of on
site executives to ensure fulfillment of compliances.
Desired
profile
- Any Graduate with excellent exposure to Labour law. Best if having Diploma/Degree /MSW/MBA in Labour Law.
- 6 + years experience in handling various factory Compliance like PF,ESI, Factory Act, Shop & Establishment Act, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare fund,
- Exposure to Industrial Relations ( IR )
- Good exposure to Flexi staffing & compliance there of.
- Payroll
- Ability to lead the team from the front
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English & Hindi /Marathi
- Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel,word,PPT & internet usage.
- Excellent Relationship / networking capability
