You will be responsible for the total functioning of the state of the art library at the campus which functions round the clock i.e. 9.00 AM to 12.00 midnight. You will assist the students in finding suitable material for their studies. You will be responsible for the proper upkeep of the library and manage the same in a scientific manner. You will also send MIS as per management needs.

Desired Profile

·         Qualification - Degree in B.L.I.S, preferably M.L.I.S (full time)
·         Experience – 1- 3  years in similar capacity; FRESHERS can be considered as trainees

Hence you should be having strong understanding of  ESI,PF & PT  and the various forms to be filled as per  CLRA & online filing of the same. Hands on exposure to working on Excel sheet .

Job Description

You will be responsible for a large manufacturing client in a region. Your specific focus will be in Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act ie, CLRA compliance. You will manage & mentor a team of team lead and In-Plant Compliance executives located at the client site spread across your control region. You will also be responsible for managing the vendors of contract labour. You must ensure proper monthly, quarterly & annual compliance. You will be the first point of contact for all compliance activities of the client. You will be required to send routine MIS reports to the Business Head on these activities. Must be able to foster good client relationship and achieve client satisfaction. However, being a company engaged in statutory compliance services, you will be expected to be conversant with Labour Law and Factories Act. as well.
