produce wet brake , wet clutch system, Friction Disc etc. for automobile &
heavy vehicle industry . They are quality driven company and have a

Job
Description
You will be responsible for managing Large
and vital key accounts of the company.
You will harvest the same for more
business. You will identify fresh opportunities , penetrate the market and expand client base thus achieving business objectives in terms of volume and
value . You will lead from the front a small team of Dy Sales Manger & sales
Engineers. You will mentor & provide leadership and give technical direction
to them. You will support them at field level and help them in achieving their
objectives. You will be reporting to VP.

Experience
- 10
+ years in sales and marketing in Automobile Industry
Desired
Skills
- Experience in Auto components sales
- Good
Exposure to Auto Industry OEMs
- Strong
Ability to understand technicalities in mechanical components area.
- Exposure
to New Product Development
- Proven
skills in achieving business objectives in terms of volume and value.
- Ability
to exhibit leadership and lead a team from the front.
- Excellent
communication in English and Tamil. Best if you speak Hindi
- Willingness
to travel pan India
- Computer
