Desired Profile

Qualifications - B.E / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience – 2+ yrs of experience in similar designing assignments

Desired Skills

·         3D modelling, converting 2D to 3D

·         Working Experience in Pro- E / CRIO software

·         Understanding the 2D drawings

·         Basic knowledge die design - GDC dies, and PDC dies

·         Preparing Feasibility / APQP report

·         Maintaining  Die / Design  files

·         Active role in giving input for new die manufacturing

·         Standardisation of die parts

·         Ability to interact with clients in call conference for requirement gathering, design corrections, etc.

·         Ability to work in CFT to arrive at robust product design

Job Description

You will be responsible for a large manufacturing client in a region. Your specific focus will be in Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act ie, CLRA compliance. You will manage & mentor a team of team lead and In-Plant Compliance executives located at the client site spread across your control region. You will also be responsible for managing the vendors of contract labour. You must ensure proper monthly, quarterly & annual compliance. You will be the first point of contact for all compliance activities of the client. You will be required to send routine MIS reports to the Business Head on these activities. Must be able to foster good client relationship and achieve client satisfaction. However, being a company engaged in statutory compliance services, you will be expected to be conversant with Labour Law and Factories Act. as well.
