Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing  key accounts and harvest the same for more business. He will identify fresh opportunities , penetrate the market  and expand client base thus achieving  business objectives in terms of volume and value .He will also be responsible for Team management,collections, Inventory, Logistics, etc.

Desired profile


  • Qualification –  Any Degree, preferably B.E. Mechanical
  • Experience -  4 + years in industrial / OEM sales , best if exposed to Auto components  sales
  • Strong Ability to understand  technicalities  in mechanical components area.
  • Proven skills in achieving business objectives in terms of volume and value.

The incumbent will be engaged in designing moulds & tools  used in injection moulding for the manufacture of plastic components for the auto industry.  


Desired Profile

Qualifications: B.E.Mechanical or Post Diploma in Tool Design or DME in Mould design.

Experiences: 4-5 yrs in Injection Mould Design of Plastic parts. Knowledge of connector mould is  preferable.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in Unigraphics, Solid works & Auto Cad Software are required.
  • Knowledge in Multi-cavity mould Design, core/cavity splitting, prepare detailed dwg for tool manufacturing,

Job Profile

You will play a key part in the planning, implementation, management and delivery of operations for all finance related matters across the pan-India region. Business partnering is essential to support the whole organisation reaching its ambitious goals.Along with the Finance Assistant reporting to you, you will be supporting the finance integration work stream, ensuring continuous finance services are operated smoothly during the initial transition period.

Key Responsibilities

·         Preparation of monthly management accounts, P&L and Balance sheet.
·         Perform Accounting, Reconciliations and Reporting within group deadlines.
·         Preparation of cash flow forecasts
·         Manage the migrations of Finance processes from 11 locations
·         Prepare and submit the annual budget
·         Create accurate expense budgets for each division

Desired Profile

  • Qualification -  Finance background and qualification. CA / ICAI / ICWA or equivelant would be a plus
  • Experience -  8 years relevant experience in a similar role within an international company or 5 years as a Finance Manager.
  • Flexibility and the ability to travel mostly within India
  • Results orientated, attention to details and with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-national environment with excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural versatility and empathy (including comfortable lead projects within a matrix organization)
