You will
play a key part in supporting the Finance Manager with Financial processes,
analysis & reporting across the pan India region (11 sites)You will focus
on Income and Bank Reconciliation, processing of purchase invoices and
controlling petty cash.
Key Responsibilities
·
Bank /
Cash transactions
·
Bank
reconciliation on a daily basis
·
Accountable
for transaction processing of all financial data
·
Journal
Entries – Accrual Expenditure / Deferred Expenditure / Depreciation /
Provisions
·
Partner
with Operations in India,& UAE to
perform daily tasks
·
Supplier
payments
·
Utilities
payments
·
Petty
cash payments
·
Statutory
e- payments
·
Month
end closing & reporting
·
Payroll
and salaries & tax related payments
·
Work within deadlines, support the business, a business partner to all other departments
Desired Profile
·
Experience – 3 + yrs in Finance & Accounts
·
Qualification - Degree & Part qualified CA Inter / ICWA
inter/MBA Finance, looking to develop their career in Finance. Proven work
history in a similar role.
·
Results orientated,
attention to details and with the ability to work under pressure and tight
deadlines
·
Ability to work effectively in a multi-national
environment with excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural versatility
and empathy
·
Ability to work independently and interact with other
departments colleagues as part of a team (operations…)
·
Excellent communication skills, with a full
proficiency level of the English language.
·
Proficiency in Back Office & Accounting/Financial
systems
