Qualifications – BL /  LLB / Diploma in Law

Experience – 2 + years in a similar profile

Job Description

Your job responsibility will be to maintain a legal repository of all Industrial Laws, both Indian and International. Your objective will be to ensure  all  these laws are regularly updated and made available to the team members so as to enable them to refer and update their knowledge in the desired subject matter so they can resolve client issues.

Description of work – ILS India

·         Research on the Industrial Laws

·         Uphold Soft copies of Industrial Laws statutes

·         Bank of checklist along with relevant Forms

·         Address the queries related to ILS

·         Update the recent amendment of Industrial Laws

·         Uphold the case laws of Industrial Laws

·         Bank of notifications

·         Collection of Industrial Laws books

·         Preparation of applicability checklist for Industrial Laws

·          Share up-dates through mail

·         Research on the Industrial Laws International

·         Uphold Soft copies of Industrial Laws International statutes

·         Bank of checklist along with relevant Forms

·         Address the queries related to ILS International for compliance team

·         Update the recent amendment of Industrial Laws International
