The facility in Chennai has expertise in producing High Si-Mo automotive components and is certified to the highest quality standards specified by the Automotive Industry.

Desired Profile

Qualification – Diploma / BE – Mechanical

Experience – 8 + years of experience in similar capacity in Foundry Industry

Skills

·         Convert customer schedules into production plans.

·         Planning manpower, Raw Materials, consumables,etc..  according to the schedule

·         Preparing  the monthly budget

·         Knowledge in preparing Cycle time , capacity planning,

·         Analyzing & improving Operating Equipment  Efficiency  ( OEE )

·         Optimum utilization of available resources viz. man, material, machine, workspace etc.

·         Interaction with team members  and get the job done

·         Active role in maintaining 3C and 5S

·         Knowledge in maintain production record as per ISO/TS 16949 requirement
