Job Description

You will be responsible for processing  visa applications and will be required to handle visas pertaining to  Schengen Area , Britain & US  and hence will be expected to have thorough knowledge in these Visas . You will interact with visa applicants who visit / call / email the centre  and assist / guide  the visa applicants and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Desired Profile

Experience – 1+ year in customer care / Operations in Visa processing

Qualification - Any Degree with Good education credentials

Skills

·         Strong  client relationship ability
·         Excellent written & verbal communication in English
·         Experienced  in Visa matters of  USA,UK &  Schengen Area
·         Arbitrate and handle customer complaints over the counter /Calls .
·         Good skills in using computer, MS word, Excel & E-Mail
·         Ability to coordinate with all stakeholders i.e. applicant, consulate, Operations team, HO, etc.
·         Good Team player
