Skills 

Finance & Accounts 

·         Driving  financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
·         Hands on experience in maintaining daily Accounting & Financial transaction, Debtor / Creditor Control, Accounts Reconciliation in compliance with various guidelines & accounting standards as per the organizations policies and compliance with Statutory requirements
·         Monitoring  inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
·         Liaising with banks and financial institutions for raising funds to meet CAPEX, Working Capital & Cash Credit requirements and effective utilization of the funds.
·         Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
·         Conducting Financial Audit / Assessment and ensuring Closure of books in co-ordination with the statutory auditors. 
·         Maintaining Fixed Assets Register, stock register, etc.
·         Accurate generation of Payroll and ensure prompt disbursement
·         Ensure an efficient MIS system to enlighten the management on financials & analytical purpose. 

Taxation & Statutory Compliance 

·         Managing Service Tax  operations involving maintenance of required statutory records, Registration, timely submission of Returns and all statutory compliances.
·         Coordinating with Service Tax Authorities for conducting audits for ensuring compliance accordingly
·         Ensuring timely payment of tax and filing of returns under Sales Tax &Service Tax, TDS, liaising with tax department for assessment work and claiming exemptions and concessions / refunds.
·         Driving all activities involving maintenance of required statutory records, registration, timely submission, etc.
