They deliver software solutions for interactive team work, meetings, project management, etc for the corporate community and interactive e-learning solutions to the educations industry to make learning more fun, interesting & easy to grasp. Solutions to both these sectors are delivered using a hardware devices like LED projectors, interactive white boards, LED panels, etc. They have a pan India client installations and have engineered unique solutions .

Job Description

The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating all activities between the  Sales team, clients ,vendors & Administration. He / she Will be handling incoming enquiries, courier, dispatch, Logistics, housekeeping, etc.

Desired Profile


a.     Qualification: Any degree preferably B.Com / M.Com

b.    Experience: 1 to 2 years in Administration ,Front office, Coordination


c.     Skills:

·         Excellent written & spoken Communication skills in English,
·         Ability to coordinate between different departments
·         Strong skills in MS office  i.e,. Word, Excel & powerpoint for generating Letters,MIS reports etc.
·         Handling incoming calls, enquires , couriers etc.
·         Ability to assist the Admin Manager in admin related matters.
·         Housekeeping
·         Logistics
·         Inventory
