Our client is a logistics company that is part of a large Chennai based group. They handle the Air Cargo business for pan  India operations for an MNC Airlines in carrying freight, mail and courier traffic to global destinations. Their experienced operational and commercial team take pride in delivering high levels of performance and customer care.

Job Description

The person in this position  will be responsible for extracting data from various documents like Invoice, Accounts Receivables(AR), Accounts Payables(AP) etc. and capture them in excel sheet for the purpose business Analysis and for generating  MIS reports  for submitting to the global corporate office located in the Middle East.

Desired Profile

·          Qualification – B.Com Degree

·          Experience - 1 to 3 yrs  in generating MIS preferably from the Air Cargo / Sea Cargo Industry

·          Excellent skills in MS Excel is a MUST . It is the key skill for this position

·          Exposure to preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports by using Excel

·          Fundamental understanding of accounts like Debtors(AR),Creditors(AP), BRS,etc

·          Good spoken and written skills in English
