Job Profile

The incumbent will head the Human Resource department of the group of companies. He will be responsible for the entire gamut human resource activities of the group . He will provide the vision and leadership for respective HR managers and orchestra their functioning to achieve a robust performance of human resources. He will nurture and build the Human capital of the group by innovative & cost effective HR programs with measurable outcomes.


Desired Profile

• Qualification – MBA / PGDBM from a reputed institute
• Experience – 20 + years of experience in a senior HR position preferably from manufacturing domain.
