Job Description
• Assisting Manager in day to day operations,
• Coordinating Engineer response to client requests
• Follow-up with clients on call closures, status and feedback
• Follow up & co ordination with clients for Warranty and AMC renewals and related activities
• Analysis and provision of data to co-workers and management
Desired Profile
• Technical degree (Diploma/BSc/BCA etc)
• 1 to 2 years experience in co ordination of technical support activities of servers or data storage solutions
• Fluency in regional language will be an added advantage
• Candidates living within 5 KM radius of Malleswaram will be most preferred
