Job Description

You will be responsible for the compliance of Shop and Establishment Act for a set of companies in and around Bangalore. You will be the first point of contact for compliance activities of the client Further, being a company engaged in statutory compliance services, you will be expected to be conversant with basic aspects of Labour Law as well. You must ensure proper monthly, quarterly & annual compliance for the clients. You will visit the government office of ESI, PF, Labour, etc. for filing returns, getting license, etc. You will be required to send routine MIS reports to the Business Head on these activities. Must be able to foster good client relationship and achieve client satisfaction.

Job Location – Bangalore

Desired profile

Qualification - Any Graduate, Best if having Diploma / Degree / MBA in Labour Law

Experience – 1 to 2 years experience in handling Statutory Compliance in Shop & Establishment Act

Desired Skills

·         Provide subject matter guidance to the client i.e. Shop & Establishment Act
·         Exposure to Payroll compliance like PF, ESI, PT, etc is essential.
·         Understanding of Labour Law, CLRA, Factories Act will be a plus
·         Good Team management and leadership ability

Your primary job responsibility will be delivering sales excellence with Customers. They need to deliver improving quality net revenues from the area of responsibility through effective account and product management.   • Cultivate a portfolio of profitable customer accounts.
  • Sell our diverse range of products suitable for the customers’ needs.
  • Ensure timely CSR payments.
  • Effectively interact with Senior Managers and Directors of customer companies.
  • Manage customer expectations.
  •  Embracing change should quickly adapt to changing business flows and measures of selling like yield, revenue per cubic meter, net rate, proration, interline revenue, etc.
  • Serve as a conduit between the customer and Customer Services to help tailor business solutions and share customer service reports.
