Hands on Experience in

·         Maintenance and Support for databases (Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g and 11g) in production, testing and development environments hosted on Windows and Redhat Linux servers.
·         Configuring/scheduling backups for production/validation databases, monitoring and fixing failed backups. Managing restorations.
·         Refreshing and cloning of databases per customer requirements using RMAN, Data Pump, export/import and hot backup scripts.
·         Configuring physical and logical stand by databases for High availability. Experience in managing/Configuring 9i/10g/11g RAC databases.
·         Managing ASM instance and RAC DB's on Exadata box.
·         Database performance tuning. Troubleshooting and resolving database and/or application problems encountered by end users.
·         Database software installation, patch and upgrade to development, test and production servers.
·         Expertise in the creation of databases, table spaces, tables, indexes and other database objects.
·         Editing and scheduling shell and batch scripts to execute different backup jobs and operational jobs.
·         Planning and implementing changes in production and testing environments by co-coordinating with other teams within scheduled time.

About the Job

You will be responsible for marketing of our trucking product to Corporates / SMEs in South India. The incumbent will be responsible for ascertaining our service level satisfaction to existing customers, identifying new potential customers, procure business and ascertaining the feedback that all the customers are serviced up to their requirements, whilst maintaining clear lines of communication with customers, thereby ensuring 100% conformance to the standards required by the business.

Desired Skills

·        Responsible for meeting & ascertaining the service level satisfaction of the existing non-bonded trucking customers. ( i.e. customers to whom general cargo trucking service is provided) 
·         Will be responsible for marketing the general cargo trucking service throughout South India.  
·         Should identify the potential customers and procuring business from Corporates / SMEs in South India.
·         To attend the meetings of all road transporters forums
·         Monitor the release of RFQs for trucking service by domestic corporate / international companies operating in south India
·         Provide marketing support for our return loads for existing non-bonded business
·       Should find opportunities for providing customized solutions to customers for non bonded business.
·         Prepare marketing budget & Operate within the budget
·         Identify the unique ideas enforced by competitors for business improvement

You will be located in the central hub where in you will be responsible for the inbound of materials from suppliers  and  outbound of materials from the central hub to the various outlets across India. You will be expected  to ensure an efficient inflow of materials as well ensure proper Supply Chain to the outlets. In the process you will be expected to strictly follow SOP and TAT norms to maintain operation efficiency.  You will be expected to have good understanding of surface transport, inventory management and MIS reporting. Effective and constant communication to all stake holders will be an important function.

Qualification – Any Degree, best if having qualification in Supply Chain Management
Experience -  3 to 5 yrs+ years in a similar capacity
