Job Description

You should be capable of handling  complex bid planning and execution. Your key role will be to support the business development team in acquiring new business for visa processing that is outsourced by various governments. Hence, you will take on the responsibility of preparing the  end to end techno-commercial proposal / Bid / tender documents after taking into cognizance the various dimensions i.e. Scope of Work, resources,  cost Analysis, competition, risk analysis etc. You will participate in pre-bid meetings  for presentation, requirement gathering,  tender queries/ issue, etc.

Experience

10 Yrs Experience in a similar position preferably in Visa Outsourcing Vertical or Outsourcing, BPO /  IT company. 

 Skills

·         Capable of complex bid planning, execution and management in tune with the core business

·         Hands on  experience in Tendering, budgeting & cost estimation of project from initial to submission stage.

·         Ability to Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are  included in the final price to the customer

·         Should have been involved in end to end & have completed bid management process
