Desired Profile

Experience – 3+ yrs experience in internal auditing

Desired Skills

·         Ability to  Plan and Execute  Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, etc..
·         Capable of continuous follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and management action plans.
·         Having exposure to industries like Integrated logistics, Warehousing, Road Transport, Hospitality, IT, etc.
·         Deliverables related to Audit findings and Conclusions and Documentation of Audit Working Papers.
·   Proactively assessing, reviewing various organizational risks, Governing  and implementing control process  & strategies to minimize the exposure to potential risks.
·  Strong analytical skills in scrutinizing Books of Accounts, preparing Variance Analysis, Dashboards,,etc.

Job Description

You will be responsible for statutory compliance matters relating to ESI, PF & PT. You will give subject matter guidance to the clients in resolving issues & answering queries from Employees. Hence you will be required to know the various forms needed and procedures to follow in order to ensure the client is complying to all statutory requirements of ESI, PF & PT.  Since our client is engaged in corporate services it will be desirable (not a must) if you have basic knowledge in Labour Law.

Desired profile

Qualification - Any Graduate - Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA in Labour Law.

Experience – Fresher to 1 + years experience in handling PF, ESI & PT

Desired Skills

You will be responsible for the compliance of Shop and Establishment Act for a set of companies in and around Bangalore. You will be the first point of contact for compliance activities of the client Further, being a company engaged in statutory compliance services, you will be expected to be conversant with basic aspects of Labour Law as well. You must ensure proper monthly, quarterly & annual compliance for the clients. You will visit the government office of ESI, PF, Labour, etc. for filing returns, getting license, etc. You will be required to send routine MIS reports to the Business Head on these activities. Must be able to foster good client relationship and achieve client satisfaction.
