Job Description

Your responsibility will be to constantly stay in touch with  key accounts in the given territory  by periodically visiting the clients and build strong relationship with them.  In the process you will address any issues and shortcomings and satisfy the clients needs, thus evolving as the ambassador of the company.. You will  in the process also explore other business opportunities with the client and enhance the spectrum of engagements with the client so as to improve  revenue generation

You will be responsible for a large manufacturing clients in NCR,Haryana,Punjab & Rajasthan region. Your specific focus will be in Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolishion) Act i.e,. CLRA compliance . You will manage & mentor a team of  Compliance executives located at the client site spread across your control region.  You will also be responsible for managing the vendors of contract labour.  You must ensure proper monthly, quarterly & annual  compliance. You will be the first point of contact for all compliance activities of the client. You will be required to send routine MIS reports to the Business Head  on these activities. Must be able to foster good client relationship and achieve client satisfaction.
