Experience

2+ years in designing in Automobile products/components

Desired Profile

• BE / Diploma - Mechanical
• Strong skills in CAD/CAM tools - Pro/E,CATIA V5,Solidworks etc
• Exposure to product development in Automobile industry
• Best if having Exposure to hydraulic products/components designing
• Strong Technical vision and understanding of auto industry
• Exposure to sound  engineering services concepts & practices
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English

Desired Profile

a.     Qualification:         CA, CA final

b.    Experience: CA with 1 yr post qualification / CA final 3 - 5 years

c.     Skills:

• Strong skills Tally 9.x
• Ability to Independently handle the Finalization of accounts
• Prepare analytical reports like sensitivity analysis, breakeven analysis, Ratio analysis and NPV, IRR and payback calculations.
• Good exposure to banking activities and relationship
• Preparation of MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.
• Filing of returns like TDS, Service Tax, VAT, Income tax etc., on time along with handling all reports, income tax and VAT assessments, compliances.
• Conversant in matters related to STPI, RBI ,FEMA & ROC
• Scrutinizing contracts for commercial terms and conditions for acceptance. Negotiating and following up with vendors
• Managing Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
• Exposure to overseeing   Administration  & HR

b.    Experience: 3 - 5 years in FPGA / VHDL coding

c.     Skills:

• Expertise in  VHDL coding for High speed processor boards specially for high end Xilinx and Altera FPGA’s.
• Design experience preferably Glue logic development, DSP algorithms and interface logic
• Designing complex logics for the o High-speed boards with 32bit Processors.
• Experience in working with Soft-core processors ( Microblaze,Nios 2 etc) and IP cores
• Experience in working with FPGA tools, IDE, Simulation and synthesis tools, Modulsim, chipscope etc.
• Experience in using test instruments/bus analyzers/logic analyzers etc.
